formation of Alston Works in 1901, the genesis of the Barnet FC we know and love
today.

Barnet (Woodville)

Existed from 1882-1901. It is a completely separate club and does not contribute
to the overall club records on this site. Records are separated and kept for
reference.

Barnet (Avenue) |
Existed from 1890-1912 when it merged with Barnet and Alston. It was the junior
part of the merger. Like Woodville, it is a completely separate club and does
not contribute to the overall club records on this site until 1912 when it
merged with Barnet and Alston. Records are separated and kept for reference.

Barnet (Alston) |
Formed in 1901 as the genesis of today's club and not related to the demise of
Woodville. This is why we define that all current club records begin from 1901.
Moved to Underhill in 1907 and as above, was the larger part of the merger with
Barnet Avenue in 1912. Renamed Barnet FC in 1919 and carries onto this day.
Records kept - 1901-present day. These are the records you'll find across the
main site.
